Yoga

Gentle, hatha-based YOGA class for rejuvenation and relaxation for all levels.

 

Monday to Friday
12pm – 1 pm

 

Bring comfy clothing, mats are provided.

 

Suitable for all levels of students: beginners to advanced

 

Free classes offered by certified teachers volunteering their time to share the benefits of yoga to those who may not otherwise have the opportunity.
