Counselling

Counselling is a therapeutic relationship between a qualified counsellor and the client. Counselling offers an objective perspective, thus enabling the client to gain insights and strategies to assist in managing their particular situation.

The Vancouver Women’s Health Collective has partnered with Rhodes Wellness to provide counselling services again for the new year!

We can help you through a broad range of issues including:

  • Identity issues
  • Lack of motivation
  • Life events and transitions
  • Self-esteem
  • Stress management
  • Childhood trauma
  • Sexual/emotional/physical abuse
  • Suicidal thoughts
  • Anger management
  • Anxiety and panic
  • Body image/disordered eating

  • Family or relationship issues
  • Childhood trauma, family of origin issues
  • Grief and loss

All appointments are 45-60 minutes long.
